Cancellation Policy

Please review our arrival and payment policies prior to your appointment. Thank you! PAYMENT POLICY: Please pay your balance in cash. UPON ARRIVAL: Please ring the doorbell and we'll be right with you **New Clients**: Please come 10 min early to fill out new client forms. *Returning clients: Be on time to your appointment. Tipping: Tipping is not expected but greatly appreciated. If you'd like to tip our esthetician please do so in cash. Address: 1101 S. Park at Building M & walk to suite 258. *Be sure to use Apple Maps, as Google maps has been directing clients to the incorrect location. ***Late Policy***: Late arrival will result in a shorter session. Late arrival after 15 min will not be accepted for the appointment. BOOKING & PAYMENT POLICY: To secure your appointment, a non-refundable deposit of $40 is required within 24 hours of booking. Please note that we cannot hold bookings for more than 24 hours without the deposit. If we do not receive the deposit within this timeframe, your slot will be made available for other clients to book. By booking, you acknowledge and agree that the deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE. However, if you need to reschedule, you may transfer the deposit to a new appointment, provided you do so at least 48 hours prior to your original appointment. Please note that you must reschedule your new appointment within 15 days and are allowed one rescheduling. For any rescheduling requests made less than 48 hours before the appointment, or in the case of no-shows & no calls, the deposit will be forfeited. Please understand that this policy is to cover the loss of earnings and other clients that would like to come in for that appointment. Due to short notice, we are unable to take that appointment.
