Appointments & Booking Policy
To secure your appointment, a NON-REFUNDABLE deposit of $40 is required within 24 hours of booking. Please note that we cannot hold bookings for more than 24 hours without the deposit. If we do not receive the deposit within this timeframe, your slot will be made available for other clients to book. By booking, you acknowledge and agree that the deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE. However, if you need to reschedule, you may transfer the deposit to a new appointment, provided you do so at least 48 hours prior to your original appointment. Please note that you must reschedule your new appointment within 15 days and are allowed one rescheduling. For any rescheduling requests made less than 48 hours before the appointment, or in the case of no-shows & no calls, the deposit will be forfeited. Please understand that this policy is to cover the loss of earnings and other clients that would like to come in for that appointment. Due to short notice, we are unable to take that appointment.

From my own struggles with acne, I want to help all women & men find peace with their own skin. After years of research and dedication to skin & beauty, I've decided to turn my passion into a career and open my own facial spa salon in San Jose. I’m a licensed Cosmetologist specializing in numerous types of facials and chemical peels to help treat acne, acne scars, hyperpigmentation, anti-aging and much more.
